What it is, and why it works.

A render is a photograph of an intention. A digital twin is a model wired to the systems that actually run the building, so what you see on screen is what is true right now.

For a project under sale, that means the 3D model is bound to your CRM: a unit that gets booked turns from available to sold on the model within seconds, on every screen showing it — the sales office, the website, the broker's phone. Nobody sells the same flat twice.

For a building in operation, the same model carries the live layer: occupancy, energy draw, HVAC state, open maintenance tickets, each attached to the floor or unit it belongs to. Facilities teams stop hunting through spreadsheets to find out which riser a fault is on.
